Cannot sign in to my Live account ...@live.concordia.ca




The Concordia university has migrated some of the email accounts and my previous email account ...@live.concordia.ca has been affected and I cannot sign in  to my Live account. I have important emails to check. The Concordia staff has done the same thing and contacted Microsoft for this matter. I was wondering if anyone has experienced such as problem. When I sign in as I used to, the message says: " something went wrong and we cannot sign you in now, try later". Can anyone help asap Pls?

 2. Try turning on the HTTPS settings of your account.

 

- After logging into Hotmail and navigating to your Inbox, change the URL in the address bar of your browser to https://. You should only need to add the ‘s’ onto the http and leave the rest of the URL as is. Press Enter to follow the updated URL.
