Firstly, I suggest you to go to Task manager and End task of the DU speed meter and then try to complete the operation.
Also, I suggest you to delete all the files under temp folder, follow the steps below:

Press Windows key + R.

Type in ‘%temp%’ in the run box and click Ok.

Delete all the files and folders in this location.
