Win XP sp3 error - Stop 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xba158756, 0xba4c3430, 0xba4c312c)

I got an error "0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xba158756, 0xba4c3430, 0xba4c312c)" when I was booting up.  I also cannot boot in normal mode, only safe mode with networking.  I recently changed my motherboard (Asus M4A78LT-M), cpu (AMD Athlon II X2 250), power supply (Coolmaster 600w), dvd drive (Asus 24x DRW-24B1ST), and video card (HIS Radeon HD 5770).  I kept the same hard drive.
