When I am on network connections, MSN says unavailable Service Missing F "Firewall"..?

I assume F means firewall, and if I cleck on MSN it goes directly to "Firewall.

I was here on support before because Microsoft Works says out of memory when I go to print.  By any chance are these two things connected, and if so, how do I handle it
