Maybe you need some VC ++ file. I don't know. We are not a support forum for Shetran.
I suggest you post in their Google groups.

Windows 7 has the VC ++ files that are available for XP. Maybe that's why but it's only a guess.
It also has .NET Framework 3.5 which includes 3.0 and 2.0.

Why don't you try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

If you say it was working before, is this on the same computer? Did you uninstall any VC ++ redistributables or perhaps a needed .NET Framework.

I would still ask at their forum as to what the minimum requirements are or any special needs.

EDIT: Do you have .NET Framework 1.1 installed? Look for it in add or remove programs.
