Error 1308

Every time I open a word or Excel doc I get a pop-up error that says Error 1308. Setup cannot find the required file c:\MSOCache\All Users\{91120000-0014-0000-0000-000000Off1ce}-C\Pror WW.XML. Check your connection to the network or CD-ROM drive. For other potential solutions,to this problem see Setup.chm
Some additional context for my question: I recently uninstalled the trial version of visio 2007 enterprise edition. Then, I had to restore my computer because I developed a blue screen of death. Ever since, whenever I open any office software, setup launches and i get the 1308 error. Repairing office is unsuccessful. Already removed visio, but maybe I should try reinstalling? Thanks

You're going to have completely remove it and then reinstall...

...and going to suggest you turn off your Anti-Virus when reinstalling...
