KB2463332 always fails then i get error code 0x42B I can't update ANYTHING

KB2463332 always fails then i get error code 0x42B I can't update ANYTHING. I've tried just about everything that i can think of, but it still keeps failing.

I would suggest you to check the service status of Automatic update and windows installer.

Automatic Update:

a.      Click Start, type services.msc and press Enter.
b.      Double-click Automatic update.
c.      Set its Startup type to Automatic.
d.      Click OK.

 

Windows Installer:

a.      Click Start, type services.msc and press Enter.
b.      Double-click Windows Installer.
c.      Set its Startup type to Automatic.
d.      Click OK.
