Error Code 0F00:1344 and 0F00:136C

I recently re installed in my Dell desktop (Windows XP)   a Dell 3000cn Laser printer driver. I downloaded it from the internet as I lost the installation CD. It worked fine on the start but when I shut down the Pc and restarted it it brought this Blue screen and message:

 

STOP: c0000135 {unable to locate component}

This application has failed to start because baserv was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

 

I tried to do a safe start (F8 option) and a restart with the last configuration that worked and it ends up in the same blue screen

 

I went to Boot menu (F12) and   selected an IDE Drive diagnosis and ran an express test. I typed the results below:

 

Main Menu: Service tag 5JM0X61

Express Test

Error Code 0F00:1344

Msg Block: 1310933: Uncorrectable data error or media is write protected

Msg Block: 1311804: Uncorrectable data error or media is write protected

 

Error Code: 0F00:136C

Msg: IDE device failed: Blank media or no media in optical drive. Test requires media with digital data (Resource CD, Installation CD)

 

Can I get some help to recover my files at this point?

Hi,

·         Did you download the driver from Dell website or from a third party website?

·         Do you have XP installation disc?

·         Which service pack is installed on the computer?

Step 1: Unplug all the external devices including the printer and restart the computer.
