Hi,

·        What is the exact ‘stop code’ that you come across on the Blue screen page?

·        Do you remember making any changes to the system?

·        Do you have any extra memory (RAM sticks) plugged into the system?

Please elaborate so that we can assist you in a better way.

If you have any extra RAM sticks plugged into the system then, I would suggest you to remove it and check whether the issue persists.

Also, it might be due to incompatible drivers. I would suggest you to unplug the external devices (except for monitor, keyboard and mouse) and then check whether you are able to boot to the system without any issues.

Thank you and Regards.
