· What happens when you try to boot to the desktop in normal mode?
· Is Windows Easy Transfer installed on your computer?
Step 1:
You may configure the computer to clean boot state from safe mode and check if you are able to boot to the desktop in normal mode. To configure your computer to clean boot follow the link given below.

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow the last step in the article to boot to normal startup.
If you are able to boot to the desktop in normal mode after configuring in clean boot try using Windows Easy transfer and check if that helps.
Step 2:
If you are not able to boot to the desktop in clean boot mode then try to enable the VGA Mode for the computer and boot to the desktop and check if the issue is due to the graphics crad installed on your computer. To enable the VGA mode follow

Note: If Windows Easy Transfer is not installed on your computer, you will not be able to install in when you boot in Safe Mode.
