on my older Toshiba Windows xp when I try to play some videos (MPEG from digital camera) I get the following message:
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.
I got help a few months ago & someone told me abouta video player that I downloaded & it worked well . Yesterday it asked me to upgrade & when I did it uninstalled & then didn't reinstall. Now I can't rememeber the name of the prgam to redownload.
