Q: getting the blue screen for video ati3duag.dll and also 0x000008E (0xc0000005), 0xBF0C8855.

I keep getting the blue screen for video: ati3duag.dll, BFO72000, Date Stamp 33fb6e2af. How do I find & fix the problem?? Says about disabling bios memory.

Also I get: 0x000008E (0xc0000005), 0xBF0C8855.
This happens when I want to watch a video.

I use windows XP Home

I would suspect that you have a problem with
your video driver. It may need to be updated or
it may have been updated to a version that your
hardware is having problems with.

Doing a System Restore in Safe Mode to a time
before the problem began might be worth a try.
