The XP robocopy does not have any commands to copy files.

I discovered and use Robocopy to maintain the dates (Timestamps) on my folders.  I have lots of Gbytes of data on many HDDs.  When I am using Win7 I use the "/DCOPY:T" option in Robocopy to enable this.  Everything works fine under Win7.  A couple of daya ago I tried the to copy some files from an old WinXP-based laptop.  I discovered that the laptop had no resident Robocopy command, so I DL'd something called "Windows Server 2003" which included a Robocopy command.  However theis WinXP Robocopy DOES NOT have any command (that I can find) that affords copying my folders with their original Timestamps.  Please Help.  Is there some way to keep my original timestamps with a WinXP machine?  Please assist.  Thanks.
