Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
I would suggest you to follow these steps and check if it works:
a. Click on Start.
b. Click on Run.
c. Type these commands one by one and press Enter after each command:
NET STOP W32TIME
NET START W32TIME
d. Test the issue.
