How to mass migrate Wireless settings on 800 Windows XP client PCs?

We have a Windows 2003 server domain of 800 PCs consisting of XP, Vista, and 7. (98% are Windows XP)

Up until recently, our wireless setup was WPA/TKIP, PEAP using a wireless certificate.  We are in the process of switching to WPA2/AES, however since the large majority of the laptops are Windows XP, I am at a loss to figure out how to accomplish a mass-migration of the local wireless settings.

I know Vista and 7 can use the NETSH command to export and import wireless settings, but that option isn't available for Windows XP.

If I can find some way to export/import the settings, I can use SCCM to transfer them to the PCs on the network.

Does anyone know how to export wireless configuration settings and import them on Windows XP?
