Error 0x800CCC79 Outlook express

Original Title: Error 0x800CCC79

I cannot send emails through my Outlook express 6.0 software. I am able to send emails through my webmail account. The problem is not with the ISP. I continually receive error 0x800CCC79. I have tried all of the solutions provided including checking the box "this server requires authentication". The problem arose when I tried to send two larger emails. The emails were not sent as the computer said they were too large and needed to be broken up into smaller pieces. I have deleted both emails from my computer. I continue to receive the same error message when I send emails. I am able to receive emails without a problem. I am at a loss as to what the problem may be. I am guessing that I have a parameter set wrong somewhere or a corrupt file. Can anyone help me with this issue?
