Unable to install bluetooth driver in XP Mode, error "This software cannot be installed remotely. Please log in to the computer locally and try again"

I have win 7 pro as my OS when ever I try to install bluetooth driver in xp mode I get a error message saying "This software cannot be installed remotely. Please log in to the computer locally and try again"
