Are you unable to see the printer on both the machines?
Follow these steps to add a printer:
a. First install all printer drivers and software.
b. Open Control Panel and click on add printer.
The Wizard will open.
c. Select Local Printer attached to this computer.
d. Select "Create a new Port" and select Standard TCP/IP Port.
e. Welcome to Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard opens.
f. Add Port: Type in IP address and type printer name and click next.
g. Additional Port Information Required: Device Type: Custom. Click next and then click Finish.
h. Install Printer Software screen should come up. Select your printer driver.
i. Enter the name of the printer.
