Network Connection Drivers

I restored my computer back to factory settings. I tried to connect to a router for internet connection. It would not connect. I went into control panel and found yellow question marks beside network controllers. I uninstalled and rebooted computer and checked to see if it fixed it but it is still yellow question marks. How do i download the drivers I need when I cannot go online to get them? This computer was online  before it was restored.
Did your PC have other problems that made you decide to reset?
Did your PC come with a drivers disk?
If not on another PC go to the PC makers site, relevent to your model, download drivers to a memory stick or similar

This computer was just so bogged down from improper use and maintainance, full of error boxes etc,,, I decided to restore it.. It belonged to someone  who donated it to our organization. It was online before the restore. But no one could really use it due to all the errors.. So I restored it... Now it flies... just not on the internet..(lol) I wondered if the lynksys wireless router set up disc  would reinstall the networking drivers... What do you think?  We connect to the internet via satallite and use a lynksys wireless router for all the computers.

If your network controler shows not working, the lynksys router driver is not going to help, the network controler is a device on your motherboard.
You need to install drivers from the PC makers site specific to the model, unless the network controller is a PCI card in which case its that PCI card makers drivers.

Did you rry to right mouse click on the listing for the controller and selecting   Update...  then Browse....?

In similar circumstances, I have temporarily installed a different networking card for which I had drivers on hand, connected, DL the driver for the original card, installed them, removed second card.
