hello
the answer is yes and no intel claims support for hd screens using the itegrated graffix card gma900 as shown here http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:pXddBfSg2T8J:www.intel.com/design/chipsets/applnots/30262403.pdf+Intel%C2%AE+GMA900+onboard+graphics+subsystem&hl=en&gl=us&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEEShq8WajfXDTauJyUtb2H3RPZvkb00vP8ktT282u-FszX4PLy3ZqBYKkdGOfhoYhCTNP8LkwcEW4s2R6AmktcTijtU5SbORgboX0BTnQvVPcGaPbQIJ2gKMtlNnWZQhxWHgxTPU0&sig=AHIEtbT3pQZuEWf4tRRYFRPuB8XIU_7pzQ
howerever the card technologly is over 6 years old with no onboard memory and slow by todays standards the winxp media center os doesnt support a lot of memory.. newer cards have gotten cheap and if you you dont like the performance you can always upgrade the card
**in order to get full hd you will need to purchase and install a hdmi cable
