Q: audio error id 0xC00D11BA condition id 0x00000000

dell laptop xp sp3 installed.no audio.when i uninstall then reinstall yellow queston mark device driver,my screen goes black when it reboots.i could fix when i rebooted in safe mode with system restore.that doesnt work anymore.now i get blue screen.

Step 1:

Disable sound card in BIOS [Basic Input Output System] and then try booting.
