Open files with BZ2. ext.

I can't open files with a BZ2. extension, I'm not very computer savy, so the simpler the solution, the more it will help me, Thank You for your help.

This most likely is a file compressed using BZIP. You can download a
version of BZIP for Windows from here http://www.bzip.org/downloads.html
but this is a Command Line utility and perhaps not so easy for you to use.

The similar program 7-Zip, available here http://www.7-zip.org/ might be
a little more user-friendly. Download the 32-bit version of 7-Zip 4.65.
Once the file is downloaded, double click on it to install 7-Zip.

When the 7-Zip file manager opens, navigate to your BZ2 file, select it,
and click the "Extract" icon.
