My documents folder is missing in explorer windows xp pro sp3

My documents folder is missing in Explorer - Power Users account only shared documents folder is showing.

If I change my account to an administrators account My documents folder is visible in explorer.

My documents folder has Security set to  My user account - <Full control> - system <Full control>

 

If I create a new user account My documents folder is also missing in the new User account.

 

Any Ideas how to fix this problem

How did you reset the computer to its default security settings registry?

 

I would suggest you to run this fixit and check.
