Q: 'Internet Explorer http 403 forbidden error'

OP: How Do I Fix Error Code Internet Explorer

Two of my very favorite websites show me this error message - I have used each one of them for several years and all at once I can use either one due to an error - is there any way to fix the problem.  I've looked online only to see companies who wanted to sell their software in order to repair it.  Thanks Marcia

What version of Internet Explorer do you use?

HTTP [Hyper Text Transfer Protocol] 403 Forbidden error means Internet Explorer is able to connect to the website, but Internet Explorer does not have permission to display the webpage.
