HOW DO I FIND MY SPAM FOLDERS AND MY JUNK MAIL FOLDER

Are you relating to SPAM and Junk folders within a mail program i.e. Outlook or where there location on the computer is?

May I point out that you are:

Hijacking a very old thread.
Being very demanding of people that for the most part are volunteers and not employees of MS.

If you are in a real hurry, contact Microsoft Support. Just be sure to have your credit card handy. I believe the current charge is $59.00 per incident.
