How can I view .PSD files in Windows?

I have always been able to view a thumbnail of .PSD (Photoshop) files in Windows.  Recently, I installed a new version of the program.  Now, I am unable to view the files.  All I see is the .PSD icon.  Is this something I can change with Windows?

Simply download sage thumbs......

Mod Edit for clarity.

There's a free program online called "SageThumbs" (link below) that adds PSD thumbnail handler for PSD files even if you don't have Photoshop.
