BitLocker To Go Reader could not find any drives to unlock in Win XP

I got a 64GB USB drive encrypted by BitLocker. After I connect the usb drive to my pc and show a removable device detected. When I open bitlocker to go reader in Windows XP, a message  "BitLocker To Go Reader could not find any drives to unlock" prompted. But I can success to open the usb drive my another pc with Win 7

Using BitLocker To Go Reader on a computer running Windows Vista or Windows XP: http://windows.microsoft.com/is-IS/windows7/what-is-the-bitlocker-to-go-reader#section_1
Note: BitLocker To Go Reader works only on drives that have been encrypted using a password. If your drive is not encrypted with a password, you won’t be able to use the BitLocker To Go Reader.

Note: To use BitLocker To Go Reader on a computer that is running Windows XP or Windows Vista, your BitLocker-protected removable drive must be formatted by using the exFAT, FAT16, or FAT32 file system. If the drive is NTFS formatted, it can only be unlocked on a computer that is running Windows 7.
