Error Code 800B0100 and 800706BE updating Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and upgrade to Service Pack 2.

I got Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1, system type - X86-based PC,  32-bit operating system

Getting this error code on update to Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1:

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86

Installation date: ‎3/‎14/‎2013 6:18 PM

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 800B0100


Also getting this error when trying  to upgrade from service pack 1 to service pack 2:

Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (KB948465)

Installation date: ‎3/‎14/‎2013 10:38 AM

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 800706BE
