a) Did you make any changes to the computer before the issue occurred?
b) When was the last time it was working fine?
I would suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps:
Method 1: Try to temporarily disable the security software and firewall installed on the computer and check if the same issue occurs.
Note: Make sure to enable the security software’s after completing the troubleshooting and identifying the issue
