Vista startup problem involving TrayApp.msi.

At startup a box note appears asking for disk containing "TrayApp.msi" to be inserted. Upon canceling, it says "an installation package cannot be found. Try again using a valid copy of the installation package 'TrayApp.msi'"  How can I fix this?  It is troublesome because it all reappears a few times before successfully canceling so Vista can resume startup.  Is this part of Windows Installer?
