Q: Microsoft Frontpage 2003 HELP!

I have 2 websites that I upload through Frontpage.  One of the sites uploads without any issues.  The other will not upload.  Here's what happens....when I save my changes in frontpage, then go to FILE-> PUBLISH SITE.  A box then opens (REMOTE WEB SITE PROPERTIES).  The circle highlighted is FRONTPAGE OR SHAREPOINT SERVICES.  For some reason, everytime that  opens up, the REMOTE WEB SITE LOCATION address box is my other website.  When I change it to the correct website and click OK, a box pops up that says, THE LOCAL AND REMOTE WEBS CANNOT BE THE SAME LOCATION.  PLEASE CHOOSE A UNIQUE LOCATION.  That REMOTE WEB SITE PROPERTIES BOX never pops up when I go to publish the other site.  I have tried to get help from GODADDY, they know nothing!  I use XP.  PLEASE HELP!!!
