Clean-up C:\Users\SashidharValeti\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows

C:\Users\SashidharValeti\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows in my laptop shows a size of 46.5GB. Can anyone suggest how to clean up.
This because of hidden folder (I don't which is that), Temp folder is only in KB.
