Getting only a blank blue screen on desktop after the computer starts.

Hi osterjo,

 

1. When did the issue start?

2. Do you remember making any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

 

I would suggest you to boot the computer in safe mode and check if it works fine.

To boot to the desktop in safe mode keep tapping F8 key during restart. Once you see the option to boot in safe mode select it and press enter.
