Fix Windows Vista Blue Screen Error

It's only this month where I've been getting blue screen errors but I don't think I installed any new software. Computers aren't really my thing so it'd be a great help if someone could help me fix this.

What you see happening below is a conflict between, AVG, Rapport, Microsoft Security Essentials, all installed and running at the same time.This conflict is causing file corruption and other issues that are detrimental to the stability of your system.

1.Please download AVG  uninstall tool and save it to your desktop.

AVG Remover

2. If you have MSE currently installed, download a fresh copy and save to the desktop.The current installation is most likely corrupt.

Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE).

3.Disconnect from the web.

4.Run the AVG removal tool to uninstall AVG.

5.Uninstall MSE.

6.Uninstall Rapport

7.Reinstall MSE.
