BSOD caused by ntkrnlpa.exe

I recently have been getting BSOD screens after resuming from standby. I'm not sure what is causing it, but the computer mentioned a Driver Power State Failure.

System: Windows Vista 32bit home premium
Motherboard: Asus P5ND2-SLI Deluxe

I attached four of the most recent minidumps.

Hi,

please request and try the following hotfix:

KB972109 - The shutdown process does not finish, and you receive an error message on a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008: "Stop 0x0000009F "

This update updates the generic MSFT USB drivers. Does it solve your issue?
