Panda Security Will Not Load

I recently purchased a new computer with Vista Home Premium.  The security i bought for it is Panda Internet Security 2009.  When I put the disc in to load I get a message that it is closing and I get "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.  I got a message informing me that since I am running 64bit I need to uninstall Abode and put in the version that will allow the system to run 32bit software.  I did that and now I am stuck.  Please help because I cannot get the security protection loaded onto my system.

Is Panda Internet security for vista 64 bit or 32 bit? Do you have Vista 64 bit or 32 bit installed on your computer?
 
Make sure you are installing the right version of Panda Internet Security software with the edition of Windows Vista on your computer.
 
You may contact Panda Internet security manufacturer to know if its compitable with Vista 64 bit.

Also if you have any other third party security software installed on your computer, you may uninstall any other third party anti-virus programs before installing this to prevent the conflict.
