Windows defender has stopped and can’t start up again, how can I start it manually?

HOW TO START WINDOWS DEFENDER MANUALLY
Go to Start,
Control Panel, Administrative Tools,
Services. Locate Windows Defender.
Right click and select
Properties and ensure that the Start-Up Type is
Once changed, click on
Apply and OK.
Exit and Restart your computer. Check back taking the same route to confirm Windows Defender has started.
If the above steps does not fix your issue, you can download and reinstall Windows Defender via this link
