Windows Media Player Error Message C00D11D2

When I insert a cd to play is says Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct.

encountered error message
C00D11D2

The original error code and message
80070005 General access denied error

I'm not sure I understand what the error message means. I'm assuming I must have changed my music settings somehow on accident.  Can someone please offer some help?

Thanks! =)

If you can't fix it with duct tape, you haven't used enough.
