How do I get back in touch with MS tech support?

I have been having a few issues with my desktop computer.  The most recent, is an error message that flashes on the screen, just before shut down.  Its quick, but it looks like it says, Application error 0xc0000142. 
I have been in touch with MS technical support, and have an Incident #.  The technician gave me instructions to perform, and then requested I send the results to her.  That was over a week ago!  I haven't heard anything since.  I've tried resending the info to the tech, hoping to prompt a response.  I've sent an email asking for a reply to my email, that she even got it.  NO LUCK.
I even checked the incident report list, to see if, for some reason, the case was closed.  The incident # is not listed.
How do I contact MS technical support, to continue the issue, if the only contact information is this technicians email address?

Try calling 1-800-642-7676 and let them know you have a case and would like to get back in touch with technical support.
