explorer.exe The Handle is Invalid

When I right click on the control panel icon in the start up menu I get an explorer.exe  error that says The Handle is Invalid. What is causing this error and how do I correct it?

Download http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html
Disable all non microsoft shell extensions (for explorer) and reenable one
by one if it helps.


You may wish to do clean boot
