Error: "STLog.dll not installed" during startup and shutdown.

original title:STLog.dll not installed message

I'm suddently getting an error message when I shut down my computer and restart. It says that the STLog.dll is no longer installed. It tells to re-install it. No idea what this is all about. I read a couple of messages. One person said in the uninstall, uninstall Data Safe. I looked in there, and I have three different data safe programs listed. Not sure what to do here.
