Error 105-server cannot be found

I am running Vista Home Premium 64 bit.  I use Firefox and IE for my browsers.  A week ago when I was trying to navigate between web pages I would have the problem of it taking forever to load the new page and then the Error 105 cannot connect to the server would appear.  Sometimes just refreshing the page would work and other times I had to totally close the browser and start over.  I noticed there was a download to fix this problem called Reg Cure Setup.  I downloaded this and when I went to run it there was an error stating that it was not compatible with Vista 64 bit.  Please help me with a fix for this as it is driving me crazy!!

Thanks!!
