DLL error message on startup

On a laptop running Vista Basic it boots and runs fine but when its loaded to the desktop an error comes up in a small window:

c:windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\LXCFtime .dll

missing entry; RunDLLEntry

As said it runs fine but is quite annyoying to the user as she has to close the window every time at startup. Can someone help please

P.S Ive ran chkdsk /r and am going to run sfc /scannow when next up

The printer is connected to the laptop as and when needed. If i just change the properties in services.msc to start manual will this then solve the problem.
