How do I set printer linked to Windows 10 PC in a private network to print from a Windows Vista PC as well?

Microsoft has a download called "Print migrator",download and install to the main pc,create a shortcut,

move shortcut to other pc...Plus,in vista,you need to open add/remove windows components,chk the

boxes for printer,plus chk firewall (exceptions),plus internet options,edit....
