hey there i can not install windows 10 onto my desktop as i made a silly blunder and bought a non genuine Microsoft windows 7 key of eBay and installed it . Windows Security started sending me notifications for the first time ever the other day. I need to talk to Tech Support. I have a case number that was emailed to me, but when I call, they say it is an invalid case number.
My Case # is 7073721623.I am trying to log in after MS pushed an update out last week and it has corrupted my login. It is forcing me to use a PIN with my fingerprint sensor. I don't have a PIN setup and the password is not letting me in as well. When I try to reset PIN or password, I get error messages. Need assistance in resolving. When does Microsoft solve the known bluetooth problems?
Since the recent windows update 24h2 my bluetooth headphone is no more working properly. For example: speech/music is corrupted, headphone is not connecting, bluetooth link is suddenly disconnected, bluetooth link is disruptedI tried to solve the problem among others by updating the bluetooth driver. Unfortunately the problem remains.For all these reasons, I am using a headphone with cable connecting. How to ungroup icons on the taskbar in Windows 11?
When I open multiple Word documents it gets stacked under 1 icon on the Windows taskbar. This is very annoying and a waste of my time. When I want to swich between documents I first have to click on the stack and then click the doc I want. So, I want to ungroup the icons and have a separate one for each document. If anybody could please tell me how it would be much appreciated.p.s. Honestly, I am not enjoying this operating system.

Audio not recorded in Snipping tool. WASAPI error
Recently when recording screen and output audio using Snipping tool, at the end I get a sign saying "Problems with recording audio. If an open app is using WASAPI exclusive mode, change it to shared mode" and the recording doesn't come up with audio.The strange thing is that I have used it some weeks ago and it worked fine. I've checked for updates as well and everything seems to be in order.Another thing to add is that when recording something like youtube it doesn't happen, but when recording a screen with a meeting in teams for example it does not come out with the audio

Hello all, so i go to the Windows update and i get the "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service. Learn more" I click on that and it takes me to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/faq/windows. Now what? I just got this computer less than a year ago. Surely this thing isn't so out of date that it's updates are done. What am I missing? It’s been a month and I cannot download or update anything from the Microsoft Store. Also, Windows Update is not working. Microsoft Store shows the error: "Something happened on our end." Hi Team:l am trying to add a mobile number to my account but Microsoft does not appear to be able to access my backup Outlook email. As such, l am unable to receive any verification codes sent to my backup email from Microsoft. l do not have this problem with other online services accessing my backup email. Hola buenas, hace unos días estaba jugando Fortnite normalmente y al terminar Windows me sugirió una actualización por lo que actualicé y apague el equipo. Al otro día intente jugar ese mismo juego y a los pocos minutos de iniciar sesión me daba un pantallazo azul con el código DCP_ WATCHDOG_VIOLATION y me di cuenta que ates del pantallazo azul el disco llega al 100% y todas las tareas en 0.
