631/651 error messages with Sierra mobile broadband unit

Constantly disconnecting Sierra without my help and giving me 631 and 651 error messages. Did not happen initially so I'm wondering if automatic updates have caused it. Sprint says it's a Microsoft problem but I've installed all updates and nothing's worked.

Hi,

1. What is the complete error message that you receive on the computer?
2. What is the device model number?

Method 1:
You may try the steps provided in the link and check:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/help/wired-and-wireless-network-connection-problems-in-windows

Method 2:
You may also try to update the network adapter drivers and check:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly
You may download the driver\software from manufacturer's website. Refer the link for help:
http://www.sierrawireless.com/en/Support/Downloads.aspx

Method 3:
I would also suggest you to disable antivirus and check if it helps
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Disable-antivirus-software
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
