Yellow exclamation mark next to my Prolific USB in device manager

Original Title: Prolific USB to Serial Problem

I have downloaded the latest version of the Prolific PL2303 software for my Visa 64-bit computer.  However, in device manager the device is listed with a yellow exclamation mark - When I click properties it says "The Device Cannot Start (Code 10)"
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling - and updating the driver - but always the problems occurs.
Any ideas why?!

Thanks for all your suggestions.  However, none of them have solved the problem.

I came across this link from a blog on the internet - - which has solved the problem

I'm using Vista Home Premium 64-bit.  The driver worked first time.
