Vista Bluetooth Driver
1. What is Windows Vista's default driver/program for bluetooth. Is it Broadcom's program http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php or http://www.bluetooth.com/bluetooth/ ?
2. If the answer to question one is "NO," than I've screwed my computer! How do I get the program off? If the answer is "YES," than at least nothing is wrong. But the program really is terrible, so how do I take it off if it is possible?
3. If it is possible to uninstall the "Bluetooth software" and I've done so. What is the best Bluetooth software out there that I can get my hands on?
4. Finally, if I still have the program for some reason. How can I get it to auto detect my bluetooth devices; AFTER they have been installed, have been disconnected, then I want to connect them again? (the driver is already installed, it just needs to detect them)
Bye the way, my Bluetooth device is a mouse, and my laptop has Bluetooth built in.

Heath_Olson,
Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum.
You need to use whatever driver is the latest release from the manufacturer of the bluetooth device you want to use, or your computer manufacturer. If you have installed a driver that is not compatible with your device, or with your computer, and it won't
uninstall, you may have to find a removal tool for it. You should be able to find that on the site where you got the driver or by searching the Internet.
To best be able to help you get your devices working we need to know the brand and model of the devices. Other wise all we can give you are generic answers. Please post back with the brand and model number of each device you are trying to get working. In
the mean time, here are some articles that might help you get your issue resolved.
