A problem has been detected &windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appears again ,follow these steps:

check to make sure any hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need .

If problem continues,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory option such as cashing or shadowing.

If you need to use safe mood to remove or disable components ,restart your computer. Press F8 to select Advanced startup options &then select save mode.

Did you make any hardware or software changes on the computer prior to this issue?

Method 1: If you have any external device connected to the computer unplug all the devices then try to boot and check.

Method 2: Let’s try to boot the computer in low resolution mode from advanced startup options and check if you are able to boot properly.

Advanced startup options (including safe mode)


Method 3: If it doesn’t help, perform system restore from Windows Recovery Environment. Follow the steps in this link to boot into Windows Recovery Environment and select the option for system restore.

Make system repairs from the Windows Recovery Environment


Note: When you perform System Restore to restore the computer to previous state, programs and updates you installed are removed.
