Sony Vaio Motion Eye VGN-FZ11Z

hey,

I have a sony vaio with windows vista,

i have the built in motion eye camera and it has just completely stopped working, the vaio camera capture utility doesnt work, it doesnt work on any IM's like msn or skype,

i searched the subject and it seems i should re-install the drivers, i can only find the vaio camera capture utility driver, i re-installed it but it didn't work, what should i do?

can i get the driver of a website somewhere or is it a differant problem?

Hi Shayaan,

 

 

1.    From which website did you install theVaio camera capture utility driver?

2.    Have you made any recent changes on the computer?

3.    What happen when you access the Vaio camera capture utility? Do you receive any error message?

 

Hardware device drivers are always been offered by the device manufacturer only.

I would suggest that you install theSony Image Filter Driver Update from the Sony website and check if it helps.

If the above driver update fails to fix the issue then I would suggest that you reinstall theVAIO Camera Utility Update from the Sony website and check if it helps.
